Penguins 23-24

I guess the Pens wanted to show solidarity in sucking with the Steelers today. They're getting smoked by the leafs 7-0 with about 4 min left to play in the 3rd period.

Definitely one of the worst double headers I recall. I might queue up game 7 of the Buc's NLCS loss to Atlanta for the trifecta.

I stopped watching baseball after that game and strike that shortly followed. I haven't watched since.

First time I'm checking in on the Penguins thread this season. Has anyone else noticed that Karlsson is a f*cking turnover machine, and Graves just flat out sucks? And why the hell would the front office bring in somebody named Graves to start with? Oh yeah, Mario doesn't own the team anymore.

Karlson is what he is. They knew what they were getting with him. I still can't figure Graves. At times I'm impressed, but at times I don't get it.

I think they'd be better off if they could decline the power play and remain 5 on 5.

We’re plus 3,on PP opportunities in a tied game going into the final period.

Guaranteed the next two PPs go to Carolina and they score on at least one of them.

Looks like another third period failure and a big fat L to me.

Empty netter seals it for a 3-1 final.

You’re welcome … now go do something productive the rest of the night. Maybe chase the old lady around the house or something?

Yes, but he had a LOT fewer turn overs than last game.

Our PP wouldn't beat a special Olympics team.

Am OT loss after a tied up score. I guess the Steelers and Pens can't win on the same day.

Same. Wasn’t wasting time in front of the tv today. Got a lotta Christmas stuff done
