Game Day Thread - Steelers vs. Bengal Part Deuce

This OL played well most of the season but they have completely fallen apart.

Just ran back that 4th down play. They had 2 TE to the left of Moore. Washington and Pruit sealed off they guys outside. Moore was supposed to block down and push his guy inside for the run lane. Dan Moore completely whiffed on his guy and he met Warren in the hole. Maybe Najee at least runs over that guy for the small gain needed.

Dan Moore went back to his old self late in the season.
 
The halftime studio guys are reading our stuff.

That big man on the right just asked if they have seen a pass up the middle. Nope. Don't be stupid. Why would we do that?

At least some are noticing. But still, Tomlin is a genius.

Simply sad. Watch their defense when we are on offense. Their d clear out of the middle of the field. Makes what we do that much harder since we refuse to use that area consistently for years now.
 
Can't believe they were calling for Najee on that play. If you're going for it, Warren gives us our best chance.

Not dumb...the playcall at least the 4th down try was dumb based upon the personnel. I thought Russ could get one yard, but it would have been better with Fields in there. AS is just striking out this game. The Bengals aren't that good a defense but you can't tell because of the effort and play calling.
 
93 yards total offense @ home vs the 27th Ranked Defense in the NFL!

Congrats to the NFL DEI COACH OF THE YEAR! Mike Tomlin! The sooner this bum is gone the better off the Steelers will be!

1 target to GP and it was right at the LOS on a screen?!?!

It took 10 days but they really opened up the game plan and took some time to break their ultra conservative tendencies. Time well spent coach!!!

Maybe try having Fields and Najee in next time ya go short yardage…as crucial as short yardage plays are that’s why a guy like Krieder is good to have on a roster…**** just put a DT in for ***** sake since we’re FB averse.
 
Coming into this game . I expected ,,,,,,,, Steelers to do something different. . Maybe fields in spots. Maybe more tight end use. . Jaylen Warren was lined up 7 yds deep, with a tight end lined up out on a wing, so we could get 1/2 yd. Wtf.

That said, this auto replay is bullshit. NFL can control everything using this. We had no xhance to hurry and run another play. That's what mahones did last week. Where was the auto replay then?
 
What was your halftime tune? Mine was/is LA Woman...
 
How in the world do we ever win a game with all we saw this first half. I dint care I do not get the officiating and never held accountable. For ten minutes the confusion of called reversed called and reversed. If the booth can see so much get rid of the officials on the field and call from above. Mutth runs out of bounds foot does not come down till past marker and ball is place almost two yards back. What exactly does the ones up in a both see. Sure not black and gold

Houston is a mess. I think they beat Houston if they play and can beat Denver or the Chargers.

If Flowers is out for the playoffs, that changes the Ravens offense and games vs Ravens are always toss ups.

I can't seem them putting together back to back great games to advance multiple rounds.
