Welcome to Draft day 2025

Sanders looks like his next opportunity comes at 67 or 68.

I think I would still take 2 QB's with the remaining 5 picks plus add another 1 or 2 as UDFA's. You would have to think with 6 before camp at least 2-3 would show promise.

Being this deep in QB hell, you have to do something aggressive.
We went to the SB with Neil O Donnell and lost a SB with Ben. They're not the end all/be all of football existence. Give me a defense that'll hold the opposition to 10 points and an offense that can score 2 touchdowns and we're good to go

exactly,, i dig that song..

back in 1975 or 6 or something,, i slept with my brother who was older.. Yes sleeping your pervs. Anyway we shared a bed and he had an 8 track player and speakers on the head board and like 2 8 tracks,, one was a pop hit ktel hits.... and rollercoaster was on there.
until just right now, I didn't know the RHCP were covering that song

If you're going to have 6 developmental quarterbacks (I include Rudolph as developmental at this stage) then you need to beef up the QB's coaching room, because expecting 1 QB's coach to work with 5 rookies and 1 backup level is probably a bit much.

I think they need to be aggressive until they catch lightning in a bottle. Draft 1 this year and next year as well. So you end up with two rookie contracts, cheap enough. If they both happen to develope, you have trade capital available.

We are already experiencing what QB shortage does, there is no reason why we coulldn’t maybe get an abundance while in the search.

Salute the nation

Im going Howard for Steelers next pick. Ohio State , well aquainted visited i think,, and he was a winner with Natl Champ. Im abbeviating because i dont feel like typing those long words.

This is true but they don't have anyone close to O'Donnell's level, and that is why I bring in 2 more than normal.

So you type all those extra words to explain why you are abreviating which is also a big word

I would think that is a given. Maybe another 2 asst QB coaches, and see if they can find a decent one of those too.

Rudolph is as good as Neil. Come on man. You're better than that. Or at least you used to be

Looking more and more like Round 3, or possibly even Round 4, given not many teams left needing a quarterback. I've got a feeling Cleveland may never have been planning to draft a potential future starting quarterback due to still being on the hook for Watson in 2026.
or they got their **** together and we need to worry. Sanders was a definite browns pick in the past.
