I know many here pride themselves on game day eats. I also know many here are very good cooks.

Myself, I made about 80 Jalapeño bacon wrapped poppers, then froze them. 1/2 with pork Bacon and 1/2 with Turkey bacon.

Sunday’s Cleveland game I made 8 (1/2 & 1/2) in the air fryer. I used 400F for 20 minutes as I like the bacon crispy. The temperature and time finished them perfectly to my taste. With the bacon being a little extra crunchy, I found myself enjoying the Turkey ones better.

The culmination of the three cheese / and a heavy paprika spice, and the pepper itself seemed just the right combination.

I’ll be making 10 of them tonight (each one is 1/2 of a jalapeño ).

What’s on your plate.?
