Yes, best they can do with a loss is level with Indy and Houston at 9-8 for 7th wildcard and both Houston and Indy will have tie breaker over Miami (Indy on head to head and Houston on conference record - I'm not sure which of Houston or Indy will be eliminated on divisional tiebreaker).
