There really is some truth to that. Have you ever played golf with a cheater, and had that person beat you? Yup, a lot of us have. As a good friend of mine used to say, "just play better".

Is Barry Bonds in the HOF? oh yes...why when everyone of them during that era cheated, during the home run race! (Point of interest, MLB is asinine anyways).

Will Tommy boy go in first ballot? Oh yes he will...and Bill will be put in because of that.

Last point. I grew up in the PNW and I know a lot of SeaChickens fans. They HATE the Steelers because of 'obvious' cheating and collusion by the refs. Well, what do Steelers fans say? F**K you Seattle fans!!!! Well, that is what I say anyway.

Yes, I think it's because many coaches are older when they retire so they don't want them to die before enshrinement. That makes sense I guess, but it should be at least 3 seasons to make sure they are retired for sure.

The clock reset for Rivers this year. It should reset for Belichick because he's still coaching at North Carolina. Yeah, it's college but if he has a good season, he could easily be back in the NFL next year when about 8 or so more coached get fired.

Not that I think Tomlin was great but if he gets in on the first ballot (it could happen) while Belicheat didn't, that would be the greatest thing ever.

I don't think Belicheat should get in at all. I'd take Tomlin in all day and twice on Sunday.

Which Tomlin was very fortunate in his first 4 years,after that nothing says HOF worthy at all.

Being a piñata in the playoffs doesn't count for much.

I think we've gotten to a place where every coach who wins a Super Bowl will get in the HOF.
 
Reportedly the Steelers are hiring Steve Scarnecchia, he was at the center of Spy Gate.

Things that make you go Hmmmmmm......

I would be intrigued at the potential to get inside information on what happened. Except for the fact that Art2 won't pursue that, and will likely excuse it. It is far more likely that Steve Scarnecchia will be paid by Kraft to undermine the Steelers.........Because .....Everybody Cheats!......If you ain't cheating your not trying!!! Blah, blah, blah.

Raiders hired Pete Carroll last year. If BB has a good season at UNC, it totally plausible some team that thinks they're close to a Super Bowl could hire him to take them the last step. Bills just hired the young Joe Brady. What if he totally ***** the bed? BB could be real attractive to them. The Jets will almost certainly fire Aaron Glenn next year.. BB would be a good hire to stop that clown show there. Although he jilted the Jets before so he'd probably not want it.

Point is, he's still an active coach. I believe Bill Walsh was not first ballot for similar reasons. He coached at Stanford after the 49ers. Bill Walsh is one of the most influential coaches in history. Nobody kicked and creamed like toddlers when that happened.

Only problem with that is that BB has never done anything worth a mention prior or post Tom Brady. Im not sure why he would be attractive at all. The next best thing to TB is in KC and thats spoken for.
