The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Tore out the carpet in the master bedroom (am I allowed to say that?) and put in laminate plank flooring. To reward myself, I'm on my 3rd, maybe 4th barley soda and it got me to thinkin'.

Do libs ever have any fun? They just seem like a miserable lot to me, always complaining about something. It's like none of them have been laid in a year.

So, libs what makes you laugh?

No. They're miserable little twits always looking for something to be outraged about and fix with more government programs and regulation.
The Liberal playbook does not include a sense of humor.
Limbaugh used to say that Liberals are nervous cigarette smokers and Conservatives are relaxed cigar smokers who enjoy life.
 
Wow! SCOTUS invalidated the Tariffs, 6 to 3. So we get taken advantage of again and have no leverage? Seems like the economy will go back to the Biden days of inlation if this holds.

That's easy, they enjoy locking everyone down, closing restaurants and then having large private parties in them while closed. They then laugh at their constituents for being this easy to dominate.

The tarriffs were stupid. Certainly, they were needed, but they needed to be targeted and precise, not just blanket tarriffs on everyone for everything. Trump jacked that up. The good news is, I'm sure they are working on another way to implement those same tarriffs, as I would like to think they were prepared for this to happen.
 
Fricken commies. He'll come up with embargos or some other way. Our trade deficit was out of control.

I wouldn’t go as far as say they were stupid…
They actually assisted with the administration being able to use it as leverage to halt several wars going on if I recall correctly.
From an economic standpoint, tariffs makes sense to raise revenue. However, the Trump administration lawyers are not very good, which is surprising.
The statue they argued that the tariffs were legal on was a terrible choice. There were other statutes that could’ve been more favorable with the Supreme Court in their decision
Once again, the legal reps of the administration screwed the pooch.
