I don't mind that Will Allen is on the team, but when he is your starter you have failed in development. Beyond shamarko, we have had several safeties that we develop and cut because they aren't the planned starter... There are things I really do hate about this staff, and their inflexibility on who is the starter is one of them... lets put it this way... no one should have a job handed to them, and when a guy earns a shot you give it to him till he proves otherwise....
