he fell down twice catching the ball. I'm not being difficult here. I honestly can't remember ONE difficult catch. He was wide open about 85% of the time. You get your Roethlisberger caveat. He threw a couple bad balls. But the coaches had NO idea how to cover their top threat. It's ok. You can be both right AND wrong.

The same defense they were playing in the first half is the same they played in the second. What was the score at halftime? The chargers scored because twice the refs swallowed their whistles and davis took out Haden on a potential interception. Not because Allen was being covered by a ILB

Help me out here.. can anyone think of any other team in NFL history that was built so well, so perfectly for the era in which it plays, and still find so many different unique and creative ways to throw wins away? I mean, we have a HOF QB still playing basically at his peak (besides his bad INTs), the best pass protecting line in the league, a RB who has is a threat on the ground and receiving, one of the GOAT WRs and another who is basically outplaying him this year, and even a defense that, until tonight, had shown competence according to statistics. We were only soundly beaten twice this year, but due to unforced errors, sit at 7-4-1 with two more guaranteed losses on the schedule, and in serious danger of losing the division and missing the playoffs. Wtf is going on? Inexplicable unforced errors, stupid defensive schemes, inability to adjust when things start to go badly.. I mean.. maybe I'm biased but I just cannot think of any other team who has pissed away talent like this..? We are built damn near flawlessly by Kevin Colbert (now imagine if Shazier were healthy and Le'Veon wasn't a diva) for the current NFL. **** Mike Tomlin, **** Keith Butler, **** Danny Smith, and **** tonight's ref crew too. God damnit

Conner had more TDs by the midpoint of the season than Bell scores in an entire year.
