Biden is likely just the tip of the iceberg. If we the people were somehow able to audit DC, I'd imagine it would uncover so much corruption and waste on both sides of the aisle, we'd all be blown away. Might explain why so many Republican Never Trumpers (Cough--Romney) want to get rid of the guy.
Personally I don't care if they are Republicans or Democrats or whatever, if they are getting fat off our labor, making the business environment favorable for their friends and family (and receive kickbacks in return) while hampering the competition, or whatever backdoor shenanigans they are up to they all need to be ridden out of town on a rail and disgraced. This goes for the state and local levels as well.

I like to think that this is a big oops by the outgoing fucknuts. We'll see if it works out that way. One thing is clear that everybody should know - When Trump gets re-elected, he will **** all manner of people. By then he will have four years of getting his *** kicked by the establishment, and he will have no constraints. This will be joyous.
It's purpose is to keep taking up time and deflecting national attention from investigations. If the impeachment hearings were not center stage, it would be hard to deflect the Biden scandal, FISA abuse, etc.. even with the media in their back pocket. Good thing, ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN, and for that matter the new FOX are not the only source of information otherwise nobody would know what's happening behind the curtain.
If Republicans take back the House, it will be scorched earth on Dems. And it will be glorious.
