Just when it seems like Fichtner has it figured out and is mixing up plays and has the Browns on their heels, he gets inside the 10 and I don't know what the hell he's doing.

I think Fichtner's problem is that he doesn't understand how to set up plays. It's more like he looks at a play sheet and wants to make sure he calls all of them at some point. Hey, might as well call this play now. It's so random.

I feel like if we used motion and formation better we could absolutely get our guys open better

the way they use Landry is how the steelers should use JuJu. They move Landry around, get him in mismatches over the middle on high % throws.

Your first down run should get you 3 to 4 yards. It got zero. The pass on 2nd and 10 he had his guy open but overthrew it. Third down Washington had a false start. Dump off to McDonald was smart. Playcalling was fine. The execution wasn't.
