The Coronavirus thread

Funny that you point out context and miss the specific context I referred to. I said you believe COVID to be worse than the Bubonic plague, which killed an estimated 25Million to 50Million people in its first two outbreaks.

COVID is NOT the bubonic plague. Our reaction to it has been an utter over reaction.
No. That’s the strawman and a RANDOM, pathetic one at that. I never said anything like that.

and remember how you were sounding the alarms when SIX Chynese died from Rona?

oh, thats right. you didn't. you dismissed it. the Republicans were questioning what was going on. YOUR President, Donald J ******* Trump even had it in his State of the Union Address (which Nancy Pelosi ripped to shreds), and YOUR President, Donald J ******* Trump even tried banning incoming flights from Gyna (though he was called raysiss by Schumer). You don't remember all that, but by God, Pepperidge ******* Farms remembers.

so, you have never had a strong stance on the Rona. Yeah, you flip flopped like a goddamned fish out of water, sucking up any bit of oxygen the Dims farted in your direction then followed - like a goddamned lemming - as they changed their stance. Which is yet one more ******* reason no one takes you - or the Democratic Party - seriously.

you, sir, ma'am, Mr. Hairbun Pansexual, Treefucker, LGBTQABC can **** right off with any of your self-inflated opinon on Rona or the reaction to it.
Worst analogy ever.

It doesn’t matter what Trump did initially, he quickly gave up dealing with it and then made it political.

Just remember, Supe ........everybody gets their turn, hopefully.

"What you are I once was, what I am you will surely become."

Now back to our regularly scheduled program.....

If HCQ worked so well, how did Trump end up hospitalized with Covid?

No. That’s the strawman and a RANDOM, pathetic one at that. I never said anything like that.

No you've never said it was the bubonic plague. Instead you offered fear mongering, non-stop discussion about how deadly it is, posting false data like incorrect death rates based on CFRs, not actual mortality rates, telling everyone hospitals are overwhelmed, streets are lined with refrigerated morgue trucks, that PPE shortages were going to kill us all, ventilator shortages were going to lead to thousands of innocents dying, advocating for draconian lock downs far more draconian than needed for a virus you have a 99.97% chance of surviving....

No you've never said it was the bubonic plague. You've simply acted as if it was.

If HCQ worked so well, how did Trump end up hospitalized with Covid?
I'm sure you wished he had suffered worse. Maybe if his symptoms had been bad enough, he could have been a test case for HCQ. Thank God he didn't suffer more than a mild case of COVID.

You idiot, he was 74 years old at the time, and back to work in 3 days. That's a BAD outcome?

******* cheapskate lying leech loser.
It was only a bad outcome if you're a Democrat.

You all get this thing figured out yet?

You know, I read a lot of places where people are screaming about how highly contagious COVID is. If you concede that COVID infections in the US started 1 January 2019, and here we are nearly 17 months later, less than 10% of the US population has had a documented infection. I know a lot of folks think that number is higher, but without testing, we'll never know. So at this point, in a nation of 328 million people not including illegal aliens, 32.2 million people have been infected. For comparison, in the 2018 flu season (October 2018-May 2019), 35.5 million people got the flu, a period of 8 months. It makes a person wonder if it is really that contagious. I don't know. I still think we've been had.

Wouldn't it be January 2020?

its the _________, bro!

News has been breathlessly reporting the last few days that vaccine rates are dropping and many people are not showing up for their second shots.
Well yeah, because people don't see a benefit. You still have to wear a mask, still have to social distance, businesses are still not fully open.
I got both shots but only because I'm diabetic. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

As I recall, he didn't receive the HCQ until after he entered the hospital. I don't understand your point? You think he took the drug and then got Covid or he was taking the drug and it caused Covid.....what??

Technically they say it could have been as early as October of '19. But I say it was just the ******* flu, like it has been this whole time.

Tr Tr Tru Trum Trump made this political?

**** yourself all you want to, dont try to **** everyone else.

You do understand HCQ TREATS COVID, and doesn't PREVENT COVID, right?
He went to the hospital and received treatment.
I don't think HCQ works on a preventative level like a vaccine would that would have prevented him from contracting COVID.

Dude, holy ****, I've seen everything now. I thought it would make my life to see a pig fly, but you just took the cake.

You're either on troll factor warp speed level, or you truly believe this. Given you believe there is a semi-auto 30-30 out there, I'm going with the latter. AKA, you're just an ill-informed....nay, stupid....dipshit.

COVID was made political by the media and by the Left. YOU yourself were here running around like Lucille Ball with her panties twisted around her gyna shrieking and yelling about Trump "IGNORING" the Rona and not taking it seriously. All the while, the Left began the business of fear porn, daily case and death tickers and turned the entire damned thing into politics. Trump didn't do this, he didn't do that, he shut down travel from Asia so he's a racist, Trump didn't react swiftly enough, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.

Trump made it political??? I cannot stop laughing. Seriously, sitting here laughing out loud at the sheer stupidity.

Most excellent point sir. It doesn't seem to be as contagious as the flu. Extrapolating on your excellent insight and with a little digging on my own, have a look see:

From Oct 2018 - May 2019, the flu infected 35.5Million Americans in 8 months (4.4M per month)

From Feb 2020 - April 2021, COVID infected 32.98Million Americans in 14 months (2.4M per month)

And I FIFY.

OK he's either just trolling the entire nation, or Fauci simply makes **** up by the day. I'm not sure which.

Fauci has flip flopped AGAIN, saying children should now wear masks outside, after saying they shouldn't, before originally saying they should....wait...maybe he's changed direction on this 5 times now??

Fauci has become a joke...quite literally. Does anyone follow his direction any longer? I mean ****, ESPN had him on as a guest a few weeks ago. He's become nothing more than a figure head on talk show circuits.

The following is anecdotal I know. I am actually surprised we aren't seeing more of this. The masking rules have become asinine. I saw an interview last week or so with a high school coach who was fired for refusing to have his track team wearing masks outdoors. He made an excellent point. He said that even their tennis players were mandated to wear masks during matches...where the distance from baseline to baseline is 78 feet and players compete most of the time 60 feet or more apart.

People believe this **** protects people. SMDH
