On top of his work in the community, Highsmith seems like a genuinely good dude. I met him at training camp and he was top notch. Will Howard was terrific as well, spoke to people like he's known them for years.

Definitely like him a hard effort guy on and off the field.
 
Seems like a great young man so award well deserved.
As far as his play, very good, solid when he’s on the field. That’s the issue though, staying on the field.
