3 QB, 4 RB, FB, 6 WR, 2 TE, 9 OL (usually a balanced 25/25 split between Offense and Defense)
Sometimes 3 RB and 7 WR is his play
I’d guess from our talent pool that it will give Riley every opportunity to be that FB (with versatility to be a 3rd TE) behind Muth and Washington
It’s also easier to stash 1 of the UDFA TEs on PS
It will be interesting to see if the 4th RB is the play or the 7th WR. I’d lean towards the 4 RBs given the current talent pool, but a late vet signing could easily change that….or is it something crazy like that 4th RB is scrapped for the very rarely seen 4th QB (that would be unique)
The camp competitions and preseason should be interesting to watch this year.
