Left some big bucks on the table, gotta respect a guy who understands the importance of family and all the negative consequences of putting yourself thru another season of the trenches.
In their prime I'd put him and Joe Greene on equal footing but I think Aaron played at a higher level longer. Greene's shoulder/arm definitely had an effect on his play the last four or four or five years of his career.
Just a great football player who achieved such a high level of play despite being undersized. Lucky enough to watch him in college where he dominated and he leaves the NFL still playing at a high level. One of the best defensive players ever.
