It'll take more than a "competent" QB to fix this team. As we sit here today, the Steelers need: G,C,T, WR, QB, DL, ILB, CB, S in no particular order (except, I'd invest in the line before getting a QB. And WR is a luxury pick). Also need a new HC and Assistants.

This team isn't nearly as bad as half this board makes it out to be. The O-line needs to be upgraded at Dan Moore and the center position, especially at the OL coach. The wide receiver room needs to be emptied. I think Warren and Harris combination is a good one. When you have the ball inside the 10-yard line, Send Washington, all 6'7" and 267 lbs of him into the endzone, box everyone out, and throw it up for him to get. The LB core was a pretty good one until everyone got hurt. Wallace and Peterson both need to be shown the door. I do think the time has come for Tomlin to move on. He looks as if he has lost the locker room. It's just time to hit reset.
