Probably with being the 32nd pick that is normally a first rounder he is looking for some more either guarantees or incentives. No worries I think he is signed soon.
This was the speculation for a while now. He wants guaranteed money into the 4th year… 2nd round picks rarely get past 3…
Honestly the player’s union should have been proactive and demanded slots be paid by the number of players drafted, not skipped for lost picks… the nfl is technically giving itself a discount by forfeiting picks
Peezy Jr. Is in a rare situation. He is top 32 first round but 2nd round. Give him the extra 200 k snd move on.
Holding out until his Pops get rehired by the organization.
