And the Heads start to Roll (Head coach firings)

OMG that’s crazy! 🤪 Haslam has to be one of the worst if not worst owner in the NFL.
His name ............ Haslam ......is derived from old English ............ Hazel trees ........ but I say he is just Nuts

more likely ....... it stands for Has Lame Ideas

Who said Robert Saleh is a ****** coach and won't be a part of this job cycle?
Someone else called him a TOOL ...... I said I don't think he will get another HC job this cycle ..... but with the number of teams dumping HCs nearing 20 ..... his chances are increasing .......lol

He's putting that defense together with duct tape and they eliminated the champ. I think he should be careful what job he takes cause he's only getting one more shot.

Sorry but I think this win has more to do with Purdy, CMC, Robinson & Jennings especially with Kittle going down early ....

Philly missing Lane Johnson is huge ....... Bigs and Bark had decent stats that would have been elevated with LJ playing .... Diva AJ Brown layed an egg tonight

Yes Saleh is missing BOSA and LB personnel of some substance ........... but who isn't at this time of year .......... it is not like they are not giving up yards and time of possession
Heck what did they have tonight .,,,, 1 sack .... 0 int 0 FF 0 FR that's alot of 0 fers ................ sorry but not overwhelming for me ...........not saying he isn't a good DC but I don't think he will ever be as good as a HC

I am going to combine their draft room/GM as to be successful they need to do both well.

Baltimore
New York
Buffalo
Pittsburgh (Andy for me helps them)
Las Vegas ( Kubiak might even push them higher)
Arizona
Atlanta
Cleveland
Miami
Tennessee

Some really hard decides , again I couldn’t leave out the total package as I though it was relevant..

Most of the guys are going to be out of a job in 5 years and this is a good way to look at it.

1. Baltimore - Jesse Minter
Previously worked in Baltimore, so he understands AFCN football. Experience away from the team helped build a resume and experience new ideas. Talented team in place with an MVP-level QB along with a terrific front office. It'll take a lot for him to fail.

2. New York - John Harbaugh
A veteran coach was a good move for a team that's struggled to build a winning culture. This team has Dart, Skattebo, and Nabers--those are some serious pieces on offense to build around. Defensively, there's untapped potential and Harbaugh has been able to push the right buttons with his defenses...even if it doesn't come until midseason.

3. Pittsburgh - Mike McCarty
Khan/Weidl have been building the team the right way and are about one offseason away from having a capable supporting cast in place for a young QB. McCarthy will bring an NFL-level offense to Pittsburgh. QB is a major issue and it'll be a rocky road, but McCarthy is a proven HC.

4. Buffalo - Joe Brady
I don't think Brady is a great hire unless he plans some significant changes/hires a quality staff. However, Josh Allen put his stamp of approval on the hire so there will be a long leash, plus Allen has a few more years where he can carry this team on his back.

5. Atlanta - Kevin Stefanski
I've softened on this hire. He made the playoffs twice in Cleveland and Atlanta has Robinson and London. At lot depends on Penix making that jump in his third year.

6. Arizona - Mike LaFelur
At this point it got hard to rank. Arizona at least has something at QB with Murray or Brissett.

7. Las Vegas - Klint Kubiak
There are a couple of offensive players in place and they have Crosby on defense. Overall, not a great roster and I don't see Mendoza as a superstar who is gonna be a stud no matter what.

8. Miami - Jeff Hafley
I thought this was a bad hire and he'll be stuck with Tua. When he fails again, they'll be chasing after a QB. Maybe they give up on Tua and go after Willis?

9. Tennessee - Robert Saleh
He was real bad in New York and goes to a team in need of a lot of help. On top of this, Brian Daboll hasn't been great at running an offense and he's the guy in charge of building up Cam Ward. If QB development was a strength, he'd still be in New York where he had a chance with Daniel Jones and Jaxson Dart.

10. Cleveland - Todd Monken
An absolute mess of a QB situation. Will he be forced to go back to Watson or stick with Sanders? That defense is the real deal, it's just a bad organization with a circus at the most important position right now.

Brian Daboll got the giants job because of how Josh Allen went from a turnover machine to one of the most accurate QB'S in the league. Jones issue wasn't Daboll, it was not having an OL and the team not paying Barkley. Jones looked good in indy when they kept him upright and Jonathan Taylor was going his thing. And Dart is a raw rookie that needed more than half a year with him...

I think that hire is great. He was a real good OC, some people are better as coordinators
