Ranking the jobs:

1. New York Giants
They've been a bit of a mess lately, but have young talent. Jaxson Dart, Cam Skattebo, Malik Nabers...that's an offense you can build around. Factor in a top-5 pick, the Giants can be a quick turnaround.

2. Atlanta Falcons
With Bijan Robinson and Drake London, there are some foundational pieces. The NFC South stinks nearly every year, so it's a very winnable division.

3. Cleveland Browns
For the Browns to be third tells you the state of the other teams. Cleveland at least has a top defense with young players already playing key roles. Harold Fannin is going to be a good tight end and if Judkins can get healthy, he is talented. The QB situation is a mess and has been since they returned to the NFL.

4. Arizona Cardinals
Kyler Murray may be on the way out. It's potentially an instant success offense with a top TE (Trey McBride) and young WR (Marvin Harrison Jr.), just no QB, especially if they dump Murray.

5. Tennessee Titans
I guess they have a potential QB and the No. 4 pick. They just lack any playmakers on either side of the ball.

6. Las Vegas Raiders
This roster stinks. The only plus is they have the No. 1 pick, but no talent to surround him.
