It's must see, never knew Art Rooney helped get them here in 1967. Ive been a fan since the late 80's, it's a nice reminder of how good Mario was, best player ever to play. 59 points in the final 20 games after cancer, 30 of those points were goals, wow.

No! I want too. Root showed it locally for all you yinzers. The team website usually puts it up later. Havent even checked.

I thought I heard you could watch on the Pens Facebook page maybe

I watched it. Once you start watching it you cant stop. I was recording it when it first aired because I was planing on FF through all the commercials but once it started I was hooked. Nice to learn the pre Mario history because that is where I really started following the Pens.

Also makes you realize just how lucky the Pens have been to have guys like Mario Jagr Crosby Malkin and others over the years.

Haha that's funny, I planned on DVRing it too, it was on at 11 pm Tuesday I checked to make sure it was on because it didn't show it being on in the direct TV guide, once it came on I was hooked stayed up and watched the entire 2 and half hours of it, there weren't many commercials.

Got to watch it last night. Crazy to hear how nobody lined up to see Mario sign at giant eagle. The early history of the team was a story. From Art Rooney putting in the call to get the nhl in Pit, losing a player due to a car accident and going bankrupt. The Pens had a tough start.

So funny to see Jagr come to the US and take everything in culturally. Oh and thanks to Mario Lemieux, that guy was not only a legendary player, but he saved the franchise as a player and owner. That was cool to watch the inside scoop on the early 90's team, as I was too young to remember
