Mike McCarthy knows the value of preparing to slaughter a team having no chance. Once the players are at a sharp level you want to maintain the intensity.
In contrast history has shown Mike Tomlin either is lacking in that game day focus and intensity preparation or he takes it for granted. It shows and he cannot explain it away.
