Attending the "draft"

Does anyone here actually attend the draft live ? Has anyone been to a live draft recently or in the past ?

This new format is definately $$$$muLa$$$ based and I feel it has taken the fan out of the draft to a degree.

I know it is TV friendly but then what would we expect.......... TV contract driven.

Just looking for other's input.

I haven’t. I also don’t like the format it’s in now. The Saturday-Sunday setup was designed for the pure draft fans in mind.

My input. It’s a glorified and sponsored picking the best in gym class dodgeball first.

I still watch it but don't enjoy it near as much. Have never even thought about attending

In the O'l days I use to watch start to finish but it was a whole different format back then + the game still had some integrity to it.

Today I hardly pay attention to it except here, where I can read the real "mustard" on whats happening.

Coolie's right on Cope's pod-cast and I hope to catch some of it this year as well.

2) A super kewl Beans sort of character but be careful he is wanted
