The autopen is used when a President isn't in the Oval Office and wants a bill signed so that won't tell us anything unfortunately.

Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday personally stripped the Justice Department's walls of portraits of former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and her own predecessor, former Attorney General Merrick Garland, saying it was "ridiculous" for the portraits to still be hanging nearly three weeks into President Donald Trump's tenure.

Removing pictures only took her 3 weeks. Good indication that things will be coming down hard and fast.

I think that's what they will do but it would be a bad look to have it overturned. Best to be reasonably sure before you announce it.
If some Leftist state judge can overturn even one of President Trump's orders it will be a deluge of lawsuits after that. If President Trump is batting 1.000 after the first half dozen the Left will have to move on to something else.
