This isn't about Tomlin. Hasn't been about him for the last 15 years. I'd like to see Ben go out never having had a losing season.

Going to be a bittersweet game tonight. I hope he has a MONSTER night, but either way, I'll be enjoying it.

Can't be an achievement for Tomlin and not Ben..I hope they play great tonight. Tough at middle linebacker vs. A run team.

I can live with another 500 season and then let the Tomlin destruction start next year.

I hear exatly what you are saying but just wanted to let you know that the destruction has started quite some time ago................................

I hear ya but ***** about to get real bad after Ben is gone. even as limited as he is now he is the only reason we aint chasing the lions for the first pick in the draft.

Like Stan Savran says; it's the Steelers turn in the barrel with no Big Ben.

Without Ben, we will suck beyond the Lions. Tomlin is an impediment, not an asset.

Bummed to lose Ben. We win tonight.

The guy has been a fixture for our team for what seems like forever. For those who are not a fan, it must have been a tough stretch. I couldn't imagine having Neil or Kordell as our QB that long. :brick:

Hope I get to see the game. Freak storm dumped 10" of heavy wet snow accompanied by high winds have knocked out our power and interwebs.
No chili for you! :plane:

That's the fact Jack!

Worst case scenario is I listen to them over the phone and the Steelers App. Typically do that anyways with the video in the background. :)

Might do Chili next week. I have some leftover jalapenos I need to get rid of.

The only way they win is with Ben running the no-huddle multiple times throughout both halves and not just in the final 2 minutes of a half. Canada is absolutely ******* clueless. We are heading into our 16th game and he still hasn't figured out how to call a game with the personnel he has to work with. He absolutely should be fired but we all know he won't.

same~o **** with tomlin as head coach we lose to the **** teams we beat some good teams enough to be about 8-8 and then down to last couple games hoping this team beats that team… hoping to squeak into playoffs. it’s ridiculous it’s deja vu all over again! The definition of stupid is doing same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Steelers need a reboot maybe all the way at the top. Dan let go I think it’s time for art jr to do the same! Give the youngbloods a shot! but this is getting old

Got the starplus pack access through a friend and I'll be able to watch it properly and not through a stream that always lags

BEN has covered a whole lottA coaching staff's deficiencies. Won't get that from joe blow QBs

Hate to be the Debbie Downer, and know I’ll probably get flack for pointing out, Ben finished 7-8 in ‘06, Cowher’s last season.

He had a winning record for all games started for remaining seasons of his career though.

Just a shame the last 11 years came up short of championships. His first 7 years seemed so promising, it seemed almost certain there’d be other opportunities. When you consider Rodgers has not appeared in a SB since the match-up with Big Ben either, but he Packers moved on from McCarthy, while the Steelers still wallow in mediocrity, a change should absolutely be considered.

Thats kind of tricky because he didn't play the entire season so I'm not sure you can count that. He may have won that game and gone 8-8.

If you Google it, you come up with.

Roethlisberger has never experienced a losing season, at 17 the most in NFL history for a quarterback.

I thought so too, with ‘06 being the season following his motorcycle accident, but multiple sites show him starting 15 of the 16 games played, with a 7-8 record? Either way it’s impressive, but disappointing that he only won 2 championships. To think what may have been had Cowher stayed on for Big Ben’s prime years???

Cowher got alot out of guys like Neil O'Donnell and Kordell Stewart. Playoff wins, AFCC games.
