Big Ben's Ribs

All I took from the whole evolution was a sneak preview of HCMT's 2019-2020 Steelers with Dobbs under center (sans a few Offensive linemen) should Ben follow through at the end of this season with a retirement statement.
Monsieur Art Le Deuce needs to reach down and grab a pair then make the hard decisions or I can see disenchanted folks that have been paying a lot of money decide to stay home next season.

Regardless how you spin it he should have been in there sooner. Just another highly questionable in-game decision. To add to the file cabinet with others.

If it were you with the injury and treatment course I'll bet you wouldn't make a gratuitous statement like that.

No as I would have wanted to get back in there, just like Ben did.

Just retire Ben, these ******* dont deserve you,

Let the Dobbs and Samuels era begin

True with his ribs and it didn't look like it bothered him one bit when he did come in to play. Even on that miss to JuJu, he was actually on target if their wasn't the hold on JuJu. So, get shots before and during the game. Have them in the tent on the sideline to get one after each quarter if needed to keep him going as pain free as possible.

Ben is no kid in NFL terms. He has a lot of miles and injuries to his body from playing all of these years in the NFL. He has a wife and 3 great children and I would not be surprised if these last 3 games are his last in the NFL.

Steeler fans really need to get ready for a new QB era. Other players need to step up.

This is a 4-12 team with Ben retired, Dobbs as QB, and Tomlin still at the helm.

Are you ready for that era?

And everyone is still worried about last week. You know what I'm worried about? Ben will have this injury for the REST OF THE SEASON.

Dude is playing hurt, and will continue to do so until the pain becomes unmanageable, or he injures himself so badly, he can't continue. That can affect whether or not he wishes to continue putting his body through these things, to be an NFL QB. Is the toll on his body worth it? If he feels good at the end of the year, sure it's easier to make the decision to come back. This one, he's going to feel for months.

He said he feels fine, just a bit sore, he looked fine leading them down the field for six. It could be just a bruise

Per Douchette Ben took a pain killer shot and they had to wait to put him in the game. That's why Ben didn't come right back onto the field.

That's wrong, Ben didn't come right back on the field because the X-ray procedure took so long, he said the teams were on the field already when he got back form xray and had to get his pads and jersey back on, that's why he didn't come out with the team.
