Black Lives Matter Members to Face Charges over False Claim of Hate Crime

Three UAlbany students, who claimed that they were the victims of a racially-motivated assault late last month, will be facing charges themselves because of the incident.

The students, one of whom has been identified, claimed that they were riding a CDTA bus after 1 a.m. on January 30, when a large group of white people decided to attack them for no apparent reason, while hurling racial insults at them.

Asha Burwell, the only one of the three who has been identified, took to Twitter to claiming, "I can't believe I just experienced what it's like to be beaten because of the color of my skin." She also claimed she was beaten up by "20 people" at once.

The Huffington Post ran a full story on the incident, implying that the accused were guilty. Ms. Clinton said there was "no excuse" for racism, referencing the incident on Twitter:

African Americans can only keep going to the "racism is keeping us down" card so many times. After a while (and I think it has) it turns in the boy that cried wolf.

People wonder why Trump has hit a cord in White America and why there is unspoken racial tension in the Trump movement and this is why. African Americans continue to find fault with all things white America no matter WHAT is done. It's never enough. There is always an ulterior motive.

Honestly, I and most of my white friends, don't get it anymore. What else do they want, exactly? Even police of color are a problem (which make me think it's not about race at all). Now colleges are a problem. Anywhere that isn't "black enough" to make blacks feel comfortable is a problem. It's an endless cycle of pointing fingers that has lasted since the civil rights movement and just.... never.... stops.

Do blacks really blame us not listening? Apparently so.

There will always be SOMETHING. If it's not police and colleges and the Academy Awards this year, next year will be libraries and EMT response time and NFL coaches. And the year after that will be college swimming teams, white collar jobs and lack of blacks in baseball.

It's endless. And has been for my 46 years on this earth of which I've been hearing about (and understanding) all the bad things whites are doing to blacks for about 35 of them.

Do you blame us for shutting down after a while? Do you blame us for saying enough is enough? Don't you expect some frustration from WHITES on this issue too?

It's not RACIST to feel this frustration as a white person.

It's not RACIST to feel this frustration as a white person.

In fact, after awhile it becomes down right annoying. Trillions of dollars directed at poor minorities since the "war on poverty" began in the '60's and there is not only no improvement but we now have these big mouth blacks assaulting every phase of life from a peaceful dinner to a campaign speech in the name of some thug or other that got hisself arrested or shot..or both. Sadly we have to put up with it because nobody will stand up and call them on their bullshit 'cause that would be 'racist'.

Statistics are constantly pointing to the fact that blacks have for too long been coddled into believing they are victims, and in truth they are but not from whitey. They are the victims of the socialist programs that Liberals keep piling on their plate to keep them on the plantation...so to speak.

All the blacks that I know are as honest and hard working as anyone out there but in the inner cities, it is like being on another planet. I read an article the other day that spelled out some of those statistics.

Time to start calling these Libs out for their policies and start putting the family, hard work and Patriotism back in the cities.
