Penny is still not free & clear...
The jury has been instructed to consider a lesser charge,
He has a civil lawsuit from the perps father pending.
And BLM is calling him a racist and this is a racial crime...which could sway the jurors opinion on the lesser charge...

Yep, still on the hook for criminally negligent homicide, that apparently the jury is also hung up on.
My thoughts are of all the people that have done the right thing and run into dangerous situations to save someone's life, may now shrug their shoulders and think why risk going to prison for life and walk away. Those police officers being rescued by a friendly face as they struggle for their lives, strangers out of the blue that appeared to help an accident victim, nurses and doctors on planes/trains ignoring some incident because they do not want to be prosecuted if something goes wrong. Is this now the way this country shows its gratitude? This case was nothing but pressure from a particular set of people set out to bastardize our justice system, something that never should be allowed to happen. This needs a dismissal of all charges and New York can go **** themselves.

I don't know that the homicide charge will stick because the dead guy had a cocktail of several drugs in his system, a fact that the coroner tried to hide since it didn't fit the narrative.

It's beyond absurd Penny was charged for anything. It just goes to show you how NYC is so messed up. As I said above you couldn't pay me enough to live their or pretty much any demoncrat dominated state or city.
They destroy everything they control and turn it into a failing society.

Oh, and ICS, the diseased prosecutor dismissing the manslaughter charge was not a favor to Penny. Under NY law, unless the jury decides on all counts. the case is a mistrial. The scumbag prosecutor dismissed the manslaughter charge - one that NEVER should have been brought - only to try and avoid a mistrial and make the jury think that the negligent homicide allegation could be found against Penny as a sort of Solomonic determination.
The skank misconstrued the jury's intent. It was likely that the manslaughter was 11-1 for acquittal and the lone holdout folded once the prosecution admitted the manslaughter charge was bullshit.
