So he is trying out for teams at a pro day. The guy whom states nfl players are slaves, the dude that hasn’t played in bow ducking long? I’m sure this should. Should be national news when he doesn’t get a starting gig. Sleepy?
He was a backup when he quit playing and it's unlikely his skills have improved after 6 years away from the game.Could care less of his player-ism. He will not get a roster spot on the 53. He had a golden opportunity set up by the NFL but chose to make a mockery out of it so what comes around goes around but don't get confused.......................... his talent is what's keeping him off the roster(s) and field of play.
I didn't see anyone spending a lot of time talking about him or getting worked up over him. Looked like opinionated responses. Like any other thread.Folks sure spend a lot of time talking about a dude they say they don't care about. Six years later and just the mention of the guy gets some of y'all worked into a lather. **** it.
He either gets an extended look from his display yesterday or he doesn't. I'm 99.5% certain that if he does, it won't be with the Steelers.
I get where you're coming from Slash. I really do.I didn't see anyone spending a lot of time talking about him or getting worked up over him. Looked like opinionated responses. Like any other thread.
Social media tries hard to make the irrelevant relevant. Which spills out here from various threads here and there.
Maybe some don't care for him, still doesn't mean they are going bonkers over it. The guy obviously likes the attention for yearly wanting the spotlight. So not unnatural to see fans not wanting to entertain the ludicrous agenda.
If he earned a spot on a roster I would then view it as quite an achievement.
But I am not sure that is the guys angle.
Where does it start? The media. They like them some spotlight. They push it for response. Then you have the fans on social media like for example Twitter. Fan after fan after fan will type oh bring him to Pittsburgh pleaseeee. Which has some wanting a player for the notion that he can somehow upgrade the QB position and others that simply want him due to his skin color. Obviously mix in what you said.I get where you're coming from Slash. I really do.
It just seems to me that a lot of folks say the dude is irrelevant. Yet, every time Kaep has/attends/schedules one of his yearly workouts for teams, there's a thread posted. By now, the yearly workouts seem, as you say, more about the guy's need for attention (because everybody knows he's not getting signed). And the threads each year feed into that. Let alone the fact that we'll see this one, like the others, veer into all the socio-political bullshit and whining about disrespect, BLM, etc., etc. etc.
To me, it's just a dog whistle.
Make a two part video. One with some hot tamale wearing a shirt with your name on it while working out. She then holds up a sign saying see tape 2. Tape 2 Is you doing all the NFL drills for your position. Send to all 32 teams. But before hand, post video 1 so we can make sure the woman aka the hot tamale is dressed appropriately. It might need tweaking to get the maximum response.Steeltime has been working out, upgraded his home gym, might be looking to make a comeback. How do I let NFL teams know about my pro-day?
Basically it works like this:Where does it start? Obviously mix in what you said.
The diversity agenda from the media is so strong. That starts at the top and I don't think it is going away any time soon. It already has people buying into whatever it pedals.
Unfortunately it seems to work its way to every aspect of life even our beloved sports team.
They want to get everyone picking a side of the coin. I will keep it in my pocket refusing to choose.

It’ll make headlines regardless just because it’s kap. Honestly I forgot about the guy and had no idea he was trying out againI get where you're coming from Slash. I really do.

He'll still be talking about a comeback when he's 65 and collecting Social Security. It’ll make headlines regardless just because it’s kap. Honestly I forgot about the guy and had no idea he was trying out again
I'd rather resurrect Charlie BatchHe'll still be talking about a comeback when he's 65 and collecting Social Security.
What’s his head size? He'll still be talking about a comeback when he's 65 and collecting Social Security.
Goodell doesn’t hand out punishment anymore. Under the new CBA, it goes before an independent arbitrator who decides if there reason for suspension or not. In this case, it’s a judge, agreed upon by the NFL and NFLPA. I tried to find her name, but I can’t.If Deshaun Watson gets 200 million guaranteed and probably a pass from Godeaf and the Shield, Cap should get his shot. If nothing else it will finally put it to rest that his skill set was declining and he wasn't that good of a QB then, let alone 5 years later. I thought this was about the salary cap as well.
