Personally, I'm blown away by all the changes over the past month within the Steelers organization! I don't know how anyone can keep up. Rooney meant what he said. Wow! I'm trying to compile a list. Here's what I have so far. Please add to it as we go.

Broken franchise so don’t expect much change. You have the blind leading the blind. This Rooney is not a good owner and has reset the bar low enabling his HC to make an easy leap each year.
Never any heat just make it nice and comfy for everyone.
No mistake about it! It’s Tomlin’s show and he’s running it thanks to the feckless owner.

Tons of rumored changes:

1. Getting a New foosball machine in the locker room
2. Limiting Tomlin to 46 " Obviously's" per presser
3. Switching the stadium air fresheners from "Caribbean Breeze" to the far more inspirational "Mountain Peak"
4. Changing the strategy to run every first and second down in the first half instead of just most of them
5. Dropping the second DL so now there will just be one on the field at a time
6. Lining CBs up 9.5 yards off the los instead of 10...
7. Hiring a celebration Dance coordinator for the coaching staff

See.. another Tomlinship is all but in the Bag...

I thought the ILBs were one of the positive areas of the team, particularly with how well Roberts played along with the development of Wilson. They also navigated all the injuries quite well last season.

Was anyone really expecting big change?

Well my expectations were reached. I changed my 5-day underwear to clean a couple Saturday nights ago, now currently holding out till Tuesday as I have a supper date with a NICE woman.

I’m beginning to believe that Rooney believes that never having a losing season is a really an amazing achievement which reflects an exceptional organization . He will tell you that no team can match the Steelers success in that regards. So why should he change anything?
We should be happy with that.

I’m pretty sure they DL coach left as his contract wasn’t renewed. He was one of the better overall coaches in this mess of a staff.

I think the MLB coach was Curry and he was pretty good as well.

Brown in back. Yellow in front

So Gerald Alexander is in as DB coach. Our big changes have including losing Grady Brown and Aaron Curry, arguably two of the more well-respected position coaches on staff.

A friend of mine said that this was put up in Pittsburgh somewhere. Can anyone verify that?

- RPO primary scheme with fields
- d cannot run 2-4-5 only be 3-4-5 4-2-5 3-3-5 4-1-6 gotta be creative like back in the day Rex Ryan and bill used different various of both the 3-4 and 4-3. 2017, when we won the North and, got the bye and lost to the jags we made no adjustments during that jags game you with a young cam and tuitt and you had Dupree, watt Shazier who could run with WR running 4.3 but as good as queen is he can't stay back there forever vs those crossers like Edelman said mt its the same D same system nothing changes
- minimize cover 2 more man-to-man. vs cincy a smart qb like Burrow with Chase and whoever will eat you alove if you play off chase and let him throw 3 secs ball out 5-7 yard gain which is exactly what they did in wk 17.
- Need a true FB someone who can push n move the pile as far as I can say I don't care use a 6"1 280 DT in the pistol n in wing 3 te set
