While appearing on “Afternoons with Anthony Gargano and Rob Ellis,” Barkley was asked about a rumor that Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson was getting criticism from his black teammates for not being, quote, “black enough.”

Barkley went on a long monologue on the subject: ”Unfortunately, as I tell my white friends, we as black people, we’re never going to be successful, not because of you white people, but because of other black people. When you’re black, you have to deal with so much crap in your life from other black people. It’s a dirty, dark secret; I’m glad it’s coming out.”

Barkley said that young black men who do well in school are accused of “acting white” by their peers. “One of the reasons we’re never going to be successful as a whole, because of other black people. And for some reason we are brainwashed to think, if you’re not a thug or an idiot, you’re not black enough. If you go to school, make good grades, speak intelligent, and don’t break the law, you’re not a good black person. And it’s a dirty, dark secret.”

“There are a lot of black people who are unintelligent, who don’t have success,” he continued. “It’s best to knock a successful black person down because they’re intelligent, they speak well, they do well in school, and they’re successful…”

“We’re the only ethnic group who say, ‘Hey, if you go to jail, it gives you street cred.’ It’s just typical BS that goes on when you’re black, man.”

Say what you want about Chuck but he has always said what's on his mind.

Chuck ??...............

You've never heard the nickname Chuck for people named Charles? It's the same as people named James being called Jim, unless that was only in my family. We had two Charles' in my family that everyone called Chuck. That is a thing outside of my family isn't it? Someone help me out here because now I'm starting to wonder lol.

He's called Chuck quite often. Pretty common. Of course it'll now be cornball chuck.

I've heard people named Charles called 'Chuck' or 'Chas' but their last name was not Barkley. Maybe I should watch more basketball, or in my case any basketball would be a first. I only know of him from his appearances on the golf course and I have never heard anything but Charles. Oh well, live and learn I guess,

" Nicknamed Chuck, Sir Charles, and The Round Mound of Rebound,"

Chuck Barkley.....sounds like a roady for a country western band.

He is not wrong, my Uncle Tom has said this for years.

Charles Barkley is racist. And the fact that he is right on the money makes it twice as bad.

Deleted some stuff so you folks can whisper all your seet nothing's to Ed.

ed is a racist. i'm sometimes embarrassed after laughing at the **** he texts me.

When he played out here for the Suns, the local announcers called him Chuck. In fact the Chuckster was a common tag.

I prefer to call him "The Round Mound of Rebound".

The Neo-Socialist blacks will accuse him of Tomming Out for the man.

How 'bout Milk Dud Head? That's what Rush used to call him. Oh, and he's dead on. 'Course I'm white so I couldn't possibly understand.

One thing about Sir Charles is that he doesn't give a rat's *** what the media thinks about him. He says what is on his mind and that's that. I like that about him.

He had some political aspirations at one time, and in one interview he did (might have been on ESPN), they asked him what his first act would be as Governor of Alabama and he said, "We would no longer have death row, we'd have death week".

Here comes Steel a Player to tell y'all how much you hate black people.

Now that's a brotha I could vote for!

This isn't something that is new. This is a poem by Gwendolyn Brooks, one of the Harlem Renaissance poets. It was written in 1959.

We Real Cool

DBS, I'm not surprised that a Renaissance man such as you had that Po'm at his fingertips.

I'm a Redneck Renaissance man.

If you loom at what has caused these issues in the Black Community its the rise of Neo-Socialist Politics and the so called war on poverty. The state replaced the father in the black family and made a large portion of black Americans a dependant underclass. It happened there first because blacks were an under educated population and it is easy to dupe the ignorant. Now with the education system thoroughly inundated with radical leftists bent on indoctrination its beginning to happen to the white family as well. Destroying then family and making the individual dependent on the state is the first step towards tyranny.

Here, let me quote him/her to save some time.....
Steel Not A Player
"This board is ****** with racism. Totally ******. And I'll keep saying it till I'm banned."
"Of course, since you hate the spade with the headset, you'll never give him his due."
"Do you know how many private comments I've gotten about how racist this board is from different members of various races? Enough to know this board is racist as hell."

OK, now that's over. we can move along with real life stuff.
