How goes it, Bud?

Bud Dupree signed a 5 year, $82,500,000 contract with the Tennessee Titans, including a $16,000,000 signing bonus, $35,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $16,500,000.

Dupree, out the last four weeks, is on track to return Sunday. After opening the year as a starter, the Titans had reduced Dupree's role to sub-packages before going down. 28-year-old Dupree has a sack and six QB hits in seven games this season.

Bud was a good guy. By all accounts great teammate. His first 2-3 years he constantly took the wrong angles. When they put him back in his natural position that he was used to his performance improved considerably. I would say that is also on coaching. And of course the arrival of TJ. We couldn’t sign him, so good on him that he cashed in.

And now we have our new whipping boy.

Who is that.

Bud could be at his best in the Steelers' scheme, so his numbers were going to take a hit after he left regardless of his injury status. Clearly his health has limited him this season and he'll need to have a big year next year or he'll be back on the free agent market. I also saw with so few snaps this year, the Steelers will probably only get a fourth-round comp pick for Dupree.

To me the amount he plays is a ****** formula for compensation. It should be how much he was paid to leave.

Lol...... like I should even have to answer that. I’ll give you a hint.
I like woman with a waxed _______?

And well deserved I might add.
Well what I figured. I just don't define Bush as a whipping boy. I think of a whipping boy as someone who unfairly takes the criticism of others. I was 100 percent In favor of the player here. He looked ****** in preseason but hey he was coming back from injury. Then about the time of the first Bengals game I was like what the **** is he doing out there. Now I'm to the point where when Tomlin plays Bush over Spillane any and I mean ANY talking head should see that Tomlin just is so far from reality here.

Snaps don’t factor into comp picks with vested veterans. Only contract size. Bud’s contract is borderline 3rd/4th rounder based on play from other FA pass rushers signed during the FA period.

If not whipping boy then poster child. Bush is this years poster child for NFL busts.

...and I don't mean he'll have a bust in the HOF.lol
