I would not say she's behind right now. Polls from both sides say she's in the lead but falling fast. Clinton's biggest problem is the more visible she is the less people like her. Trump needs to stay on track and focus for until November 4th.

Public Policy Polling, a firm that does a lot of work for Democratic candidates, said its poll shows Trump with a 6-point lead over Hillary Clinton in Missouri.

The survey of 1,055 likely voters has Trump leading 47 percent to 41 percent, with 11 percent undecided.

While some polls after the Republican and Democratic conventions show Donald Trump tied with Hillary Clinton, internet retailer CafePress claims it can accurately track the electorate’s mood with its large consumer base — and customers appear to be decidedly anti-Hillary.
Anti-Hillary merchandise outsells anti-Trump merchandise by a staggering 814.88 percent, according to the Louisville Business First. (Both the site and CafePress are based in Louisville, Kentucky.) Anti-Hillary gear also outsells pro-Trump products. Given that Trump supporters are chased, beaten, and intimidated for showing their support in public, the pro-Trump sentiment could be suppressed.

Sales in 2016 are 50 percent higher than they were in 2012.

“That’s the energized vote bank that’s going to show up on Election Day. That’s the most passionate part of the population,” said CEO Fred Durham. “They’re all going to the polls. You buy stuff, you’re actually going to vote.” Most of the products sold are also designed by users.

Trump is gaining ground in critical swing states and is neck-and-neck with her in some national polls.

Reuters-Ipsos poll. 9/5 39% Clinton 40% Trump. +1 for Trump. It’s an eight-point swing in Trump’s direction in the past week.

Something is happening here. Clinton who is being propped up by the media hasn't held a press conference in a while. Her entire campaign is just anti-trump. She's not talking about her record, and not talking to the press.

Her health could be a reason why. Or perhaps she's been advised to say nothing as the rabbit's hole on the emails is much deeper than the general public thinks, and fielding a question would only further expose her lack of integrity. Possible both!

The issue for hillary is the voter turnout is quietly expected to be so low even vote rigging might not help. They basically move votes from one candidate to another, which is likely why they are poll trimming Stein and Johnson so much... so they can take 5% of the vote there and move it to hillary... but it can only be done in a democratic controlled area, and they cant go past the number of votes cast overall in the area. The repubs do it too, so they kinow how its done quite well and could expose it if they wanted to... they dont

They think Trump will win the independent vote ( he's owning it ) and bring out non-traditional voters.
