Measurables are so over-rated. Smart personnel guys remember that in the spring.

Can he play nt, db, or olb in the 3-4?

can a nt be a WR?
are you suggesting we should ONLY draft NTs, DBs and/or OLBs?

I didnt say he should have been drafted. quite to the contrary.

Beasley, a slot receiver who catches 2 passes/game, had 255 catches in a four-year college career. 173 in just his last two years. And I don't think he ever missed a game at SMU.

A few (not many, but a few) flyweights can succeed in the NFL if they have some kind of NFL profile (like experience, college production, etc.)

They don't hit anyone in the NFL. You can run all day over the middle..duh..unless it's our Steeler players. They don't do **** over the middle and we have a quick guy in Archer. That's the PAT*S** whole offense short guys and a big athletic TE catching passes over the middle. Boring.

I'd just read on this board that there was no way, no how that anyone who did not fit a certain profile to a T would never, ever make an NFL team, nor could that person ever make a difference in a game.

I read the same thing! And the profile that was discussed went far, far, far, far, far beyond height/weight.

I'm suggesting we're a little thin at those positions and we drafted one of those .
I agree with that. I wanted Jaylen Watkins in the draft.
It just amazes me that some people say that guys of this size can never ever play in the NFL.
