Here you go everyone, a chance to listen to Mr. Godell and some straight forward questions.

641 days since league owners have met in person

Feels level of play is outstanding

Less people watching is an opportunity to increase need for more plateforms (my interpritation is pay-per-view)

Injuries as a league and focusing on lessening them

BIG and MOST Questions focus

No report out on WFT sexual harrassment

The use of what appeared to be a scape-goat John Gruden

Danial Snyder accountability

and more

I thought it was a good listen but a lot of side stepping. Not many direct answers as in Lawyer speak.

Godell is still a bafoon

ONLY referee address was about taunting.

The Rooney Rule is now increased to two minority candidates need to be interviewed.. are they going to just keep increasing it? Like what is the end goal here?

It’s obvious that Goodell wanted to make an example of Gruden because he dared criticize him. Are we to believe that in thousands of emails, there‘s not a single instance of any sort of sexist language or off colored jokes that could be construed as racist? I say construed as racist, like Gruden’s comment. He simply said a guy had big lips. Yes, that can be considered a racist stereotype but sometimes it’s just meant to say that guy has big lips.

The point is, if that type of comment is the low bar you’ve set to fire somebody for allegedly being racist, then I find it impossible to believe that there is not any other instance of such fireable comments and any of the thousands of emails.

Bottom line is Rog has Gruden’s head on his wall and he has access to all your digital communications so you better toe the ******* line and hail Caesar lest an email accidentally leaks without context and your professional life is over.

So Roger is like Epstein in a lesser evil manner.

I thought they said there was a lot more than that one.

There is reportedly over 650,000 e mails involved witht this investigation and I'm sure more than one sender had enough racist commentary to be fired, not just Gruden.

Godell holds a grudge, look at what he has and continues to do to the STEELERS all going back to the team unanamously voting down his first CBA due to the power it gave him.

there were multiple gruden emails leaked, but other than that the NFL put out a statement that there was basically nothing wrong in any of the other emails

Here's an easy way to tell if something is racist:

1) Would you say it to a black stranger's face?

Yes - It may not racist
No - It's probably racist

2) If you said it, did you get yelled at or physically attacked?

Yes - It's racist
No - It's not racist

I think 3 is the end goal.

Doesn't need to be a stranger. I am always careful what I say to my brother as I simply don't want to hurt his feelings. He is just a good natured soul. So it is more than what is racist it is sensitive subjects that might offend as well. It is a hard subject for all races as the higher agenda is to divide not unite. There seems to be a misconception lately that racism is just primarily light skinned. When we all know that is the farthest from the truth. As it takes on many forms, within many cultures. I feel it is an ever revolving topic that requires patience and education. When it becomes less of a subject then it will naturally be less of a problem. Easier to divide people with it being a monthly/daily topic. Can't be unified if you are in a white group or a black group, etc. I dare to go against the grain and not fall into the traps that are placed out there to step in.
