Ask yourselves this. If Tomlin was a player and performed at the same level he is coaching would you be looking to up grade that position. do you think that if a player is consistently playing at or just above 50% he should keep his job and get a raise on top of it? I sure as hell don't and this bullshit of non losing season crap makes my dick itch.

I could give two flying ***** about non losing seasons, I want deep runs into the playoffs and another SB. That's the steeler way that's what this franchise and it's fan base was all about. not non losing seasons.

They aren't getting rid of Tomlin. I wish they would have moved on too, I really do, but I'm left with 3 choices as I see it. Deal with it and continue to be a Steeler fan, be a fan of some other team, or just quit being a fan of football altogether. So I just choose to be a Steeler fan and hope. I don't know how accurate this article is, but Cowher does have a point. I think Bill is pointing towards the old-aged scheme and the implementation of it. Also hinting towards keeping a coach around that the game has passed.
