Having to play 5 prime time games vs 3 is a silly reason to retire if you ask me.
Wait, you giving the concept serious consideration of truly mattering?Having to play 5 prime time games vs 3 is a silly reason to retire if you ask me.
Not that I think Cowherd has any insight, but what I think I'm understanding on this is that Rodgers has likely already agreed, but if it is announced now the league will look to include the Steelers more often on PT.If that is the case, I hope the Steelers schedule comes out with 5 prime and multiple games that can flex into prime.
And I hate night games
Each person is in their own journey, like it or not.
LET him retire and let’s move on.
Cowherd has no better clue than my 2 yr old kitty who likes to hunt mice………….

So Cowherd is claiming how much rogers has for influence to the Steelers,….. yet he isn’t even on the team.
Should any of that “influence” be true, then Tomlin should be gone yesterday. Also if any is true, this franchise has fallen to the depths of the abyss.
This rogers whole ordeal has been enough to cause an owner “step in” and right the ship sort of thing. We know that will never happen this year or next-est either. Sad predicament we find this franchise in.

This team used to be fun to watch.
Must see television, block out some time on the schedule for it. It becomes less of a priority with every dip further into the mired in mediocrity pool.
The good old days are starting to feel like ages ago with no end in sight.
"I've heard Aaron Rodgers does not like prime time games, so he's waiting for the Steelers' schedule."
Uhh, sure. This is what now passes for "reporting."
I don't want a Tomlinship. Pass.
It still is fun to watch - from mid-February to mid-September. How could you not enjoy the off-season drama and suspense with occasional comedy moments? This team used to be fun to watch.
This spring on Aiyuk 2.0.....It still is fun to watch - from mid-February to mid-September. How could you not enjoy the off-season drama and suspense with occasional comedy moments?
Over the middle and maybe they can turn that Tomlinship into a CHAMPIONSHIP.…………………..

Ten theoretical reasons Rodgers may not have signed yet
1. He is seriously contemplating retirement... dude is in his early 40's, has a ring, and has mountains of money...
2. He may have just gotten Married and is waiting on further major life choices until things settle down for him
3. He is hoping for a better opportunity to arise during camp or the actual season.
4. He wants to avoid otas or part of camp, as vets periodically do...
5. He is waiting until the resolution of the WR corps is addressed
6. He is waiting until the Steelers address other issues and reservations he had before signing... aka coaching staff or schematic changes
7. He is trying to avoid prime time games ( which, I mean if that was a real reason, just sign with the Browns... they need more QBs after all...)
8. He is waiting until the most dramatic time possible to maximize public attention
9. He is waiting until the magic mushroom cave trolls instruct him what to do
10. He was never really planning on signing here... this is all him and tomlin ******* with the press
