Ryan Shazier suffered his terrible injury on the same field, Tua had a bad concussion there earlier this year, and Hamlin suffers a terrible injury there.

Praying with all my heart this young man makes a complete recovery. I’m a mom of three 20 somethings and this just makes my heart hurt so much for his family.

This is terrible, can only imagine how upset his family and teammates are, really hope he makes a full recovery.

Was going to bar with friends (unrelated) but was looking forward to game as it had some Steelers implications. Just really sad that happened for the young man and his family. It's an aggressive and violent game we all love, but have to remember these young men are people with families and friends. Thoughts and prayers are with Hamlin and his family. I also hope this doesn't become a let's ban football moment.
