It most certainly will be a civil suit with a settlement prior to court. $15,000.00 + any damages to equipment.
If he takes it to trial by jury and found guilty that amount goes up 10 X

I think I might build a cabin in the far north of my Canada and live out my life with Mrs. Sask the way I want. This world is ******. I literally have a very good friend who does that. There are many who feel this same way. I have a great little place (not far enough away from people) that is bordered by a county road and a river. I isolate pretty well when on my place. I get trespassers and really let them know they are trespassing and NOT to come here again or they will be arrested. I'm pretty open minded and very friendly but I do like my privacy.
I don't have to deal with the ****-ed up society like many have to because of our population is very low.
