If you saw the report that Diontae Johnson is 'unhappy' -- he doesn't seem to agree

Can someone please help here....when i click the link to Justin's story, i get a looping ad for the lottery that obscures the ability to read the article.....which renders the article unreadable to me.

How can I more easily read this article?

On my cheap little "kitchen" RCA tablet I tap the "close" and it takes a moment or two and the add disappears. I also get a small black box pop-up type add as well but tap the upper right hand corner and then the X appears then tap that to close it. Then I can read the entire story without interference.

It's a good read and basiclly say Deonte disputes the "unhappy" alligation. The only quote is from Chase Claypool saying Johnson is out perfecting his talent and not to worry.

I think Ddeonte is working out hard and perfecting his craft and will be here at MANDATORY mini camp. Click bait reports to get the "NATION" clicking.

If we can get a 1st for him I say trade him away before giving him a huge contract. Still surprised Ravens got a 1st for Hollywood.
We can just keep drafting wide outs in the 2nd and trading them before 2nd contract.

I like the guy, but am not gonna lose one ounce of sleep over him holding out or being unhappy. He’s NOT a 20-30 million a year player. If jaguars want to make ludicrous deals like that , let ‘em. We will be fine if he goes somewhere else.

Some are qwick to write him off, I'm not so sure about that.

He is a hard worker and went from league leading (season before) 17 drops to just 5 drops last season. Hard worker to correct his game

Coaches & teammates stand behind him in his work ethics and character.

These OTA were voluntary, remember that is VOLUNTARY and not a requirement to be there. I'm sure the STEELERS knew of his plans and actions.

Currently he isn't holding out and hasn't missed anything.

This story (losely written) is baseless click bait and until there is actual ACTION on his behalf, I'll stick with him being devoted to the team.

I'm betting he gets a fair contract right after Minka is extended.

I’m not much of a fan of DJ. I mean…his stats are good, and as Iron City said his drops decreased, but when I watch the games it just doesn’t seem to translate for me. I’m actually surprised at how good his numbers are because I don’t see him consistently making a huge impact. He’s not a guy at a clutch moment I’m thinking…get it to DJ. I don’t see him stepping up at big moments of big games. Maybe that will change with the revamped offense, but I wouldn’t break the bank.

There wasn't a single player on last season's offense that you would say that about.

O'Canada called the shittiestest year of offense in the history of the franchise. Yes, even worse than Sherman being fired 1/2 way through the season (Cowher was smart enough to oversee the offense demise).

None of the weapons should be judged on last season's performance but this year will be different or so we are led to believe.

I made a little research on profootballreference and saw that in 2021 DJ had 50 something 1st down catches, similar numbers to the likes of Diggs, Kirk, deebo samuels. Given that he did it in a team that had such an offensive offensive, that barely had 1st downs during the first half of almost every game I think he compares quite well and he might be a hidden gem in a functional O

Johnson is a quality receiver and he has a very good ability to create separation. I also think he was very productive in the high school offense we’ve been running.

I also wouldn’t put him in the elite category, he’s a notch or two below many of the top guys in the league. The Steelers also drafted two receivers and still have Claypool under contract. I could easily see them waiting it out with Johnson and if either of these guys develops to let him walk after the season.
