Dolphins Ravens 2021, Flores ran a cover zero all out 34 times video analysis

Brett's channel is really good.

And the Steelers have ran cover 0 how many times in 2022. Yet people think Flores pulls strings here. The Jets game and the Fins games begged for aggression. Tampa 2.
Would you be in on Flores taking over? Hypothetically of course.

So what you are saying is that there are other defenses besides cover 2 or cover 3? Get out of here! Lol

Miami had the right guys on the field to run Cover 0. We cannot do that because our front end is missing TJ - and the backend isn't fast enough (in the slot) to take those risks...

There are moments like the Jets game where I'm sorry I'd rather take a risk of a TD throw to win the game then let them convert two 4th and mediums. That was just ball less. And frankly the DBs are as good as they have ever been.

1000 percent. I like his actual football chops. I wouldn't mind an offensive guru, but a really good defensive coach would be fine too. There is a lot of preparation for an OC that takes you away from the big picture.

It would be so simple for Tomlin to let his coaches do the actual x & o. Flores doesn't need to be the HC, he could be a heck of a DC if they let him

First off, that Dolphins defense violated the rule where CB's CANNOT engage in press coverage. Jeez, how many times were the Dolphins flagged for that??

Second, dropping 8 into coverage and giving a QB 7 seconds to throw is a proven recipe for success. I can't think of a combination of NFL WR-QB who can overcome that defensive brillianosity.

Third, anybody who doubts the superiority of the Tomlin defensive schemes has obviously not researched his amazing successes in his last four playoff games. Holding NFL teams to 171 points (an average of 43 per game)? Ho-lee sheeit, Buddy Ryan just shakes his head in admiration.
