I mean you look at bounty gate, the NFL went over that **** with a fine toothed comb for awhile, suspended coaches for seasons etc, the Ray Rice thing, we all saw the video several times, and the NFL just did a big investigation to see if Goodell knew about the video.
Spygate was "we got the evidence and destroyed it".

Overlooking nasty little incidents is the way that the NFL prefers to do business. They overlook it, bury their heads in the sand and hope that eventually it will either blow over or that the people still raising a stink about it are in the minority. As a strategy, it has usually worked well for them.

Bounty gate was maybe the only exception to the rule that I can think of. I mean this investigation that they hired the "independent" investigator for; did anyone actually believe that it would turn out any other way? But, now that it's out, they'll just stick their heads in the sand, ignore anymore questions about the events and hope that it all blows over.

The *'s were and still are capturing their opponents audio signals. They listen in to the other teams play calls over the wire and Ernie interprets them and sends them down to Tom and the defensive captain each and every single play.

Honest. That's what they do.

That's why the *'s stay competitive with mid-level and lower players. They just happen to have exactly the right coverage or offensive play called every time. Sure, they still have to execute, but it's a hell of a lot easier when you know exactly what the opposing offense or defense is doing on every single snap.

The *'s are scum. Complete scum and they've destroyed the legacy of every single player on their roster during the tenure of Belicheat and Adams. That's just the way it is. If anyone had any integrity NONE of those players would ever get into the H.O.F. It would be a complete sham and a travesty.

Bounty Gate was the exception because it was all smoke and mirrors BS because they were scared shitless by the lawsuits over player safety. They wanted an area where they could say, "Look, we take the players' safety very serious, here's what we've done." Most of the crap they came up with against the Saints was nonsense. Favre himself didn't even give a **** about the whole thing and he's a drama queen. Now that the clamor of the safety issues has died down, they let a dirty ******* like Suh keep playing.
