I can only imagine that there were random selections for players on both teams. How would anyone connected to Oregon stay quiet about it, if it wasn't administered to both teams?

I'd think if the above is true, the drug test had to have been administered during the season. I don't think Oregon would have the time to have their appeal heard and denied in the time between the Rose Bowl and yesterday when the story broke.
