Was a lot there for sure. In the end I wish the best for his family and loved ones. Just a sad event that ended in a life lost.

All of it sounds pretty far out there. He was the target of a robbery and blackmail scheme, rented a pickup with a mechanical problem that caused it to run out of gas in an area that didn’t have proper lighting that should have also had a lower speed limit and was then killed by a dump truck driver who didn’t make an effort to avoid hitting him?

Look, I hate that this man is dead, and I am sorry for all those who suffered from this. Honestly.
But, he was out late, at a club, as a married man, doing stuff a married man ought not do. Were these girls setting him up? Maybe, but how about you don't do these types of things, family man.

I fully agree DJfan. So many questions. Was Haskins driving when the car broke down? Or was the unidentified female? His blood alcohol was .20 which is 2.5 times over the limit plus the drugs found in his system. Apparently he trained that day then went out with a friend named Joey for dinner and drinks. Which hopefully meant the Steelers that he was with in Florida were not around. I’m sure much more is going to come out.

Yeah this isn’t tge first time I’ve heard of this and it felt like a ambulance chasing lawyer money grab in all honesty. Its too convoluted to be real.
Proving a DOT vehicle was overweight and speeding is easy these days… the rest is really far out there…
