PS

You’re right in that many a many don’t know squat about team logos and such.

Generally speaking, the younger the person, the less they know.

Yep lol.

Cannot wear UGA. People think it’s the packers.
Anytime I wear Pens gear I’ll get a lets go pens compliment here and at other times these desert dwellers think it’s the ducks

Sorry Djfan, I think slash has a thread on this. The link didn’t open for me, but that’s A-ok sad no-one ever holds the door for me either.

Sometimes someone will hold the door…..

Cool. If the mods want to merge them or delete this one, I'm cool. I didn't see it, so I posted. I'm ain't as good as I once was.

Especially the younger crowd.
Not to bash the younger generation, because we were all once there, however, and in a general sense, asking them questions on almost any subject, save the Kardasians, it's like watching a segment of Jay Walking. For those that are too young to remember, Jay Leno once had a late night show that was actually funny. He would go out on the street in front of the studio as ask passersby common questions. Their answers were both sad and hilarious at the same time.

Lol. I hear ye.

And we all were there. The adults said the same about the generation prior before and so on and so on.

I didn’t mean it as a knock. It’s just Gen Z doesn’t really follow sports as much as prior generations. They have access to a lot more hobbies in a nutshell.

Don’t be hard on yourself Dj, you’re still a sharp feller in my book.

You should try to hire them in a construction setting or any job for that matter.

I’m a VERY good teacher of my dual-trade. Can’t even get one hired that can show up on time and NOT cheat on their time cards……………… Yet alone actually put in a minimal extra effort.

YES, I pay a very fair wage so I’m not hiring bottom barrel type.

Spoke to a friend of mine who is a TEN fan and lives in Nashville. TEN PR purposely asked folks who either didnt follow NFL football or were tourists and weren’t interested in sports…so that was the plan. However, it didn't sit well with some of the actual TEN fans.

”Jay Walking” was one of Leno’s greatest bits, along with “Jay Headlines”…
