in order for that **** to work, the Steelers would have to get
1. Claypool to play as the next coming of Megatron or
2. Calvin Austin III to burn the ever-loving-sh*t out of the opponent's Cover 2-man by taking it to the hizz-house a few times.

Either way, the O would lean on PI calls and/or outside WR speed. QB would have to toss very risky jump-balls there.

He does " acknowledge and accept responsibility as a team and as a staff" Which is an empty statement( other than maybe sacrificing a coordinator here and there with no real change to follow) because he personally pays no price and nothing changes. More snake oil thesaurus salesmanship is all....
