Should a person be allowed to communicate terrorism on the web legally?

The famous example of free speech says one can not yell fire in a crowded theater.

So why should one be allowed to communicate terrorism on the web? This to me is not an exercise of free speech.

It there was a law that prevented this, 100's of arrest could be made.

No. I'm for those talking about terrorism or linking up with the terrorist group on the web with ill intentions to be illegal and pursuable by law.
 
8-1 on the poll. I wonder what this isn't being talked about as a potential law?
 
Not every nation has Constitutionally protected freedom of speech though. Of course right now most of those are using that lack of protection to quash anti-Muslim speech.
