Give some props to that defense

Wasn't too thrilled with the last drive of the first half either. Other than those two drives they were lights out.

They locked it down after I was starting to think the Raiders may put 200 on the ground on them.

Those 3 ints sealed the deal. That last one was a badass catch too.

Props to everyone except the idiot that caused them another penalty…. Was that Edmunds again?

Yep...They held the line until the offense could generate enough spark to eek out a win. I'll take a 13-10 defensive game over a back and forth 45-40 game any day. Good call Sarge

Pass rush was slowed a bit by the very good decision to focus on stopping the run. Once the D forced the Raiders to pass, the pass rush then got rolling.

Wow, so stopping the run, making a team one-dimensional, and then rushing the passer might be a recipe for success.

What a concept. ;)

So many like to get on the defense, but they've allowed 20 or fewer points in 10 of 15 games, going 8-2 in those games.

They held the line against ANOTHER crappy team, don’t read too much into it. They can’t play with a decent well coached team.

Exactly. Some jagoff ran on the field in street clothes to celebrate. I assumed it was Edmunds, too.

Especially on the heels of last week. Facepalm!

IMO---we should of elected to receive the opening kick...
Maybe if we made Carr and their O stand on the sidelines in that bitterly cold night for awhile, they wouldn't of came out so hot to begin the game..

Didn't LV win the toss and elect to receive?

never mind then....
obviously thought we deferred...

Smart of the Raiders not to defer...

Lol, that’s what they’re supposed to do against bad teams. Also, as mentioned that offense is pretty good and has three superstars with Adams, Jacobs, and Waller. It was also their second lowest point total of the season.

Cam is aging pretty well. I remember his rookie training camp. Vets were complaining he was practicing to hard. Good times

The defense played well, but weather certainly helped out both defenses. The raiders also had a cross country trip into frigid weather. A win is a win and that last catch by Cam was pretty amazing given all the circumstances. Over the shoulder, falling, back half of the football in brutal conditions, and with the game on the line.

The defense kept us in the game, Heyward was terrific from the flag tribute to # 32 to his play on the field, easily his best game this year.
