So today I deliver to the Freehold NJ municipal building.. It's a hot muggy day. As I walk up the ramp to the building it's very cool. I see the windows are open, with the AC blasting.
"You guys realize that the windows are wide open with the air on, right?"
"Yeah, it's too cold in here."
I don't recall exactly but I believe this town was $8M in the red last year. At any company if you're $8M in the red things need to change. In the government who cares? The red means nothing. We'll rack up debt, it's not our money.
