Historically, the Pittsburgh Steelers have been a team that isn't super aggressive in free agency. They have been known as a team that drafts, develops, and re-signs their players. The team rarely brings in free agents to enormous deals and is quiet in the trade market. The 2026 offseason looks a lot different for Pittsburgh as it has addressed many positions of need through free agency or trade. Steelers General Manager Omar Khan has broken the trend as of late of being the quiet front office during the early parts of the offseason.
