Red Extra Strength Tylanol, As cool as shower as you can take and as much water as you can drink without puking. Got me through 20s and 30s. If you are 50 plus like me. Go to bed and say **** it. I probably shouldn't do that very often. There is no hope!

I knew some bikers that would drink Bloody Marys. I would have a Jack N Coke instead but I am odd.😁
